The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of civil engineering works across small to medium projects, or as part of a wider team on major schemes. This is a hands-on role for someone confident managing site operations, driving programmes, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and cost control.

You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from site level
2. Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and resources
3. Produce and manage short-term programmes and progress reports
4. Interpret drawings and specifications, resolving technical issues on site
5. Maintain strong commercial awareness and assist with cost control
6. Ensure compliance with HSEQ, CDM, and environmental standards
