Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of data modeling, machine learning, and/or advanced data analytics. You should have a demonstrable track record of delivering data analytics projects as part of a team, along with hands-on experience in collaborative software development and version control, preferably with Git. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and exposure to pre-engagement activities such as project scoping and technical feasibility analysis are also important. We appreciate those who are comfortable contributing to technical discussions and implementing solutions defined by project leads.
Responsibilities:
* As a Data Scientist in our team, you will deliver high-quality data science and analytics solutions that contribute to design, development, and product roadmaps. You'll collaborate with our clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and validate solutions. Your role will involve the development and implementation of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics by integrating data from multiple sources. You will also produce clear documentation, reports, and visualizations while providing technical input for proposals, solution scoping, and proofs-of-concept. Furthermore, you may attend occasional client meetings or events across the UK, Europe, and internationally.

While strong Python expertise is desirable, we also value experience with GNU/Linux environments and familiarity with key data science and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and Hugging Face. Experience in natural language processing, tabular data analysis, or computer vision, along with SQL proficiency, is beneficial. Exposure to containerization (like Docker and Kubernetes), cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, automated testing, and iterative product development, as well as knowledge of graph databases and graph analysis, is a plus.
