Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Revenue Support Officer to join our team.

As a Revenue Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of Pay & Display machines, as well as the erection and removal of suspension signage in full compliance with Brent protocol.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensure all P & D machines are checked and maintained in line with daily schedule.
Respond to all first line maintenance calls from the public in a timely manner.
Ensure all faults are fixed at first line maintenance level.
Report all faulty machines in line with Brent protocol.
Escalate faulty machines to second line maintenance team if unable to fix by first line maintenance team.
Replace batteries on P & D machines when necessary.
Erect and remove suspension labels as per daily schedule.
Efficiently erect suspension labels in line with Brent protocol.
Clean all P & D machines as per maintenance schedule and report any vandalism to line manager.
Complete daily maintenance task on a spreadsheet online.
Report all P & D machines with failed cash collection on a regular basis.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage both field-based and administrative responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate safe lone-working practices.
Any ad hoc duties as required by management.

What We're Looking For

All applicants must hold a Full UK Driving License.
A keen eye for detail.
Previous revenue support officer experience is desirable.
Customer focused and able to effectively deal with challenging calls, customers and contacts in a calm and empathetic manner.
Excellent communication skills - the ability to convey messages concisely both verbal and written.
Excellent organisation skills and can work as part of a team and on own.
Positive and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task.
Good IT skills, able to work on MS Office and customer databases.
