What You\'ll Do
* Teach and assess learners across Nursing & Health programmes at a range of levels
* Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions
* Support students developing clinical knowledge, patient care skills, and professional behaviours
* Prepare learners for progression into nursing, healthcare roles, or further study
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What You\'ll Bring
* Relevant Nursing or Health qualification (Level 3 or above; degree advantageous)
* Current or recent clinical experience in nursing or healthcare settings
* Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practice, standards, and legislation
* A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
* Teaching qualification (desirable) - or willingness to work towards one with full support
