New Car Sales Manager – Perrys Ford Mansfield

Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, operating since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We’re an official franchised dealer for many of the country’s top car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee a busy sales department—including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members—reporting directly to the General Manager
* Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
* Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
* Set and surpass targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
* Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectiveness
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership environment
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about leadership and team success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
