Dorset Healthcare are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to oversee the Trust's Integration Engine (Mirth) and drive the successful execution of projects to support the business' strategy.
You'll play an instrumental role in designing and implementing robust integration solutions to ensure seamless communication between diverse systems, enhancing our operational efficiency and technological capabilities.
Your leadership will also be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment, providing training, and supporting team members to enhance the team's overall capabilities and performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integration initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
• Continuously monitor integration processes, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless data flow
• Implement best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems.
• Create comprehensive integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data mappings, and specifications.
• Stay abreast of emerging tools and technologies, assessing their potential to improve integration solutions and processes.
