Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of credit controllers, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance. Oversee day-to-day credit control operations, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts. Manage and resolve complex and escalated debtor issues, including the negotiation of repayment plans. Oversee account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies promptly. Monitor aged debt, produce detailed reports, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce debtor days, and minimise risk of bad debt. Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and relevant legislation.
