Hiring: Cloud / DevOps Engineer United Kingdom (Preferably London) Salary: Up to £115,000 per year We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join a cutting-edge financial trading infrastructure environment. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure that supports critical financial systems and trading platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure • Improve reliability, performance, and security of critical systems • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and operations Core Technical Skills • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Containers: Kubernetes or Docker • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred) • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions or similar • Strong experience working with Linux environments We are looking for engineers with experience across multiple technologies, not just a single tool. Ideal Background Experience working in high-performance environments such as: • Financial services technology platforms • Trading platforms or financial exchanges • FinTech infrastructure environments • Large-scale digital payment platforms Experience • 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
