Rating Surveyor to Associate - North Cotswolds, Worcestershire

This well-established firm in the North Cotswolds is seeking a dedicated professional to join their expert Business Rates team from Surveyor to Associate level.

The Role
* Provide rating advice to help clients reduce costs on their occupied portfolios and empty property rates.
* Work closely with existing clients to deliver strategic insights and financial savings.
* Undertake the Check, Challenge, and Appeal process with national bodies.
Skills & Qualifications
* MRICS Qualified with ideally experience in a Rating team within private practice or the Valuation Office Agency.
* Strong IT proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a self-starter attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
