What will you do as our Deputy Shop Manager?
* Support the Shop Manager in proactively driving sales and profit.
* Assist in recruiting, managing and motivating a team of dedicated volunteers.
* Sort and process stock, deal with customers, maintain high visual standards, and run the shop in the manager's absence.
* Have previous retail experience as a manager or supervisor.
* Be a confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers.
* Be hands‑on, lead from the front, and develop creative ideas for generating donations.
* Exhibit an energetic, enthusiastic personality and belief in teamwork.
* Desirable: prior experience working in the charity sector.
