We are looking for a Weekend Receptionist to greet and welcome all visitors, and undertake receptionist duties while providing secretarial support to the home. You will deal with visitors, queries, and make appropriate follow-up action as well as assist with banking and invoice preparation.

Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
* To welcome and greet all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
* Undertake receptionist and telephone duties including dealing with queries, taking messages, greeting and dealing with visitors and any appropriate follow up action.
* Assist with banking, invoice preparation and petty cash.
* Provide secretarial support to the home.
* Understand and adhere to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door.
* Manage arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives.
