We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team and lead on the effective management of a diverse property portfolio.

About the Role

As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality professional estate management services across a diverse range of property assets. This includes:

* Proactively managing lease events (renewals, rent reviews, break options)
* Negotiating with tenants, landlords, and third‑party stakeholders
* Managing two large investment estates, to include the management of the service charge, and enhancement of returns.
* Providing strategic property advice to support wider organisational objectives.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments and will be instrumental in delivering value for money, driving efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for asset improvement.


About You

We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable property professional who can hit the ground running. To be successful in the role you will have:

* Proven experience in estate management and general practice surveying
* Proven experience in the implementation and ongoing management of service charge estates
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* A sound understanding of property law, leases, and landlord & tenant legislation
* The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified

Please note the successful individual will need to have a full driving licence to travel around the county.


The Senior Estates Surveyor Interviews

Interviews will be held during week commencing 24 th November 2025. Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.

To be successful in this role – you may have experience working in the following roles:

* Property Management surveyor
* General Estates Surveyor or General Practice for Public Sector body
* Private Practice or client side role
