Responsibilities
* Drive sales and manage the full customer journey from enquiry to completion.
* Guide and support a junior consultant to ensure strong deal conversion.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed targets.
* Represent the development confidently during launches, events, and viewings.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience selling new homes (developer or agent background).
* Proven off‑plan sales experience and a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
* Able to work weekends on a rolling rota (2‑3 per month, with 2 days off together).
* Organised and motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
