Plant & Tool Hire Manager in March - Keeps things moving from the first hire to off-hire
The role of Plant & Tool Hire Manager is to lead a safe, successful, and results‑driven hire operation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving performance by strong management of your team to hit budget and improve KPIs.
* Building strong customer relationships by delivering great service.
* Overseeing safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment.
* Ensuring health, safety, and company standards are met across the operation.
* Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team: taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
* Ensuring the hire fleet is in excellent condition and is safe and ready for customers.
What you’ll bring:
