The successful candidate will ensure the building is managed efficiently, providing a safe, compliant, and high quality working environment for all occupiers while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and neighbouring properties.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Occupier&StakeholderManagement
* Developandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithoccupierrepresentatives,encouragingregularcommunicationandtransparencyonallrelevantbuildingmatters.
* Manageandcoordinateinterfaceswithadjoiningprivateandsocialhousingblocks,workingwithresidentialmanagersandrespectivemanagingagentstoensureeffectivecommunication,accessarrangements,andstakeholderalignment.
Financial&BudgetManagement
* Managetheproductionoftheannualbuildingservicechargebudgetandongoingmanagementaccounts,coordinatinginputfrominternalteamsandensuringadherencetoagreedprogrammes.
* Monitorexpenditureagainstbudgetandsupportcostcontrolandfinancialreporting.
Health&Safety&Compliance
* EnsureHealth&Safetyprocedures,emergencyprotocols,andsafeworkingpracticesareestablished,maintained,andcompliantwithcurrentlegislation.
* Maintainasafeworkingenvironmentforoccupiers,staff,contractors,andvisitors.
* ActastheResponsiblePersonintheeventofanemergency,ensuringbuildingincidentproceduresandriskassessmentsarecommunicated,maintained,andadheredto.
OperationalManagement
* Overseetheday-to-daymanagementofthebuilding,ensuringoperationalstandardsandservicedeliveryaremaintainedacrossallbuildingservices.
* Actascustodianofalloperational,health&safety,andfinancialproceduresandensuredocumentationiskeptuptodatewithanyamendments.
Contractor&SupplierManagement
* Managecontractorprocurementprocessesincludingtendering,appointment,andperformancemonitoring.
* Ensurecontractorsoperateinaccordancewithcontractualobligations,siteprocedures,andsafetystandards.
ESSENTIALSKILLS
* FinancialManagement,includingservicechargebudgetpreparationandmanagement
* StrongunderstandingofHealth&Safetylegislationandcompliance
* Provenmanagerialandleadershipskills
* Experienceintenderingprocessesandcontractormanagement
* BasicITskillsincludingreporting,financialtracking,andoperationalsystems
