Project Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract Refurbishment East Manchester - £50,000 - £75,000 per annum package About the Company Our client is delivering a major residential refurbishment project in East Manchester, upgrading 300 apartments to a high standard. They are committed to professional project delivery, maintaining strict cost control, and ensuring excellent standards throughout the refurbishment process. The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a strong focus on post-contract duties only. You will be working exclusively on cost management after contract award for a large-scale residential refurbishment, ensuring the project is delivered on budget and efficiently.
