Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on aircraft to ensure their airworthiness and compliance with aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in troubleshooting, scheduled servicing, and certifying aircraft systems in line with safety and technical standards.


Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on airframe, engines, avionics, and electrical systems.

* Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and periodic inspections according to OEM and regulatory guidelines.

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions using manuals and specialized tools.

* Certify aircraft maintenance tasks under an approved license (e.g., EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, DGCA).

* Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and compliance documentation.

* Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

* Supervise and guide junior technicians and apprentices during maintenance activities.

* Collaborate with flight crews, engineering staff, and safety officers for maintenance coordination.

* Participate in audits, safety briefings, and quality assurance processes.


Requirements:

* Degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.

* Valid AME license (e.g., EASA Part-66 B1/B2, FAA A&P, or DGCA CAR 66).

* [X]+ years of hands-on experience in line or base maintenance environments.

* In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems (mechanical, electrical, avionics, structural).

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and regulatory documentation.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work in rotating shifts and handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Type-rated on specific aircraft (e.g., Airbus A320, Boeing 777, Embraer, etc.).

* Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, RAMCO).

* Experience in MRO, airline operations, or defense aviation sectors.
