Our market leading Regulatory Team are specialists in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) work. We employ over 30 specialist lawyers across a number of key locations.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in advising clients during investigations by the Police and regulators such as the HSE, Local Authorities and SEPA, defending those subject to prosecution and representing participants of Fatal Accident Inquiries. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of advising clients subject to regulatory enforcement, criminal court advocacy and the ability to organise and manage cases involving complex investigations.
We have a diverse range of clients across all the major industries and regularly receive top-quality instructions and a varied and sustainable pipeline of work. We work with lawyers in other practice groups, where their skills and sector knowledge complement ours. Our team are empowered to develop their own client contacts and relationships from the start of their careers. We are looking to strengthen the team in Glasgow with the addition of a solicitor (3- 5 days a week)
