Job Description
* Manage all tax compliance processes, including corporate tax, transfer pricing and international tax.
* Prepare and review tax reporting in line with statutory requirements.
* Support with tax planning for the group
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tax policies and procedures are consistently followed.
* Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
* Provide technical tax advice to support business decisions and projects.
* Identify and implement process improvements for tax efficiency and accuracy.
* Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
* Support audits and other regulatory reviews as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager should have:
* A professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
* Experience in tax reporting and compliance within a corporate tax setting
* Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and reporting standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office tools.
