Maintenance Engineer - Electrical
Location: Mobile, Redcar & Ingleby Barwick
Contract: Full time, permanent. Hours: 38.75 hours/week. Core hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, with on-call rota covering 24/7/365.

Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Service and repair lighting and power distribution systems.
* Perform reactive repairs on various lighting and power systems.
* Maintain motors, pumps, fan coil units, HVAC control panels, and other associated systems.
* Operate BMS control systems competently.
* Support maintenance objectives respecting resident dignity and privacy.
* Follow safe working practices in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain asset histories, records, and reports, and communicate follow-up actions.
* Participate in an on-call rota for facilities coverage.
* Report accidents and incidents promptly.
* Assist other RFM personnel in delivering contracted services.
About you:
* Qualified Electrician with installation and maintenance experience.
* Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
* AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
* City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection & Testing.
* HVAC control systems experience (desirable).
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with child barred list check.
