About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail manufacturing company based within Central London who are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:
3. Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
6. Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable.
7. Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
9. 2 years+ of experience working in Accounts Payable.
10. High attention to detail.
11. Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP.
12. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
