Job Description
The Corporate Partner will be:* Working on a range of corporate transactions including M&A deals* Advising on corporate reorganisations and strategic business matters* Managing and developing key client relationships* Mentoring junior members of the team* Driving business development and identifying new opportunities* Playing a key role in the growth and direction of the Corporate team* Working with other departments
3. * Contributing to the firm's wider strategic objectives
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Partner should be / have;* A solicitor with significant PQE in corporate law* Experienced in handling M&A transactions and corporate restructures* Commercially minded with strong business development skills* Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships* Previously managed teams
4. * Ideally currently operating at Partner or Legal Director level, or ready to step up
