Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations Supervisor to join our SMB Operations team and help us unlock the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Operations Supervisor (Part Time)
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a team of 10-15 Worldpayers. The role requires you to inspire a team to deliver SLAs. You will continuously challenge our processes, drive improvements, and be creative at pace to influence positive change. You will build and develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the day-to-day performance of boarding SMB and Corporate new applications.
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met during the CDD process, with ongoing monitoring of operational processes.
* Manage the team against set objectives and predefined SLAs to ensure high levels of output and service.
* Plan operational resources to ensure efficiency and that service levels are met daily, weekly and monthly.
* Continually improve skill and capability across the team through coaching and development, with 1-2-1 feedback.
* Act as role model to champion the customer and continuously improve service.
* Create an engaging and positive environment to ensure high morale and motivation by investing in your team.
* Drive operational continuous improvement by working with stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Review opportunities to improve customer data used to validate and verify records.
* Coach the team on training gaps and provide guidance on errors.
* Support preparation and delivery of manager reports.
* Assist in audit and assurance evidence gathering.
* Assist in reviewing frameworks, process documentation and training guides.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous management experience within a similar role.
* CDD knowledge.
* Confidence to critique work and provide feedback.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to work autonomously and as a good team member.
* Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
