Mediplacements are currently looking to recruit an experienced Band 8A Oncology Pharmacist for a locum role in Somerset. The pay is GBP30–GBP36 per hour and the position is ongoing with an immediate start required.
Responsibilities
* Advising healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
* Monitoring patients for adverse drug reactions.
* Providing information and advice to patients and their families on cancer medications and potential side effects.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Hospital Oncology Pharmacy experience, particularly in using Chemocare Prescribing System.
Qualifications
* Hold an MPharm degree.
* GPHC registered.
* Experience working in an oncology setting.
