Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the effort to ensure customers have a great experience, whether ordering in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
* Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
* Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
* Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Ensure displays are stocked and appealing
* Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About you
