Business Development Manager
to spearhead their expansion.

Southern region

The Role
* Develop and implement a business growth strategy within the
spa, hotel, and beauty salon
sectors.
* Identify and win
new business opportunities
across the region.
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
* Collaborate with marketing and education teams to create impactful campaigns, events, and brand activations.
* Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring clients have access to the full portfolio of professional beauty and spa solutions.
* Represent the company at
trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
.
* Achieve and exceed
sales and performance targets
to earn uncapped commission.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in
business development or account management
within the
spa or professional beauty/skincare
sector.
* Strong existing network of contacts within the
spa or beauty
industry.
* Demonstrable track record of successfully
launching or growing premium beauty brands
.
* Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing a
field-based territory
.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
* A genuine passion for
beauty, skincare, and luxury wellness experiences
.
