Responsibilities
* Supervise planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
* Overseeing and arranging all M&E related tasks on site
* Stepping in for M&E Manager in their absence
* Arrangement of RAMS
* Managing the day to day schedules of all engineers on site
* Writing of PPM schedules
* Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
* Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
About the role
We are currently looking for a HVAP Supervisor with a wealth of experience working in a critical environment, NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent within an electrical capacity.
Qualifications
* HVAP knowledge
* Good knowledge of building services
* Experience of engineering services maintenance
* Experience leading a team of engineers.
* Experience of electrical installations including UPS and generators (desirable)
* Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
