Job Description:
Purpose: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Kingston Upon Thames store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.71 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 16 hours per week.

You should have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, work well within a team, have the stamina for a fast-paced shop floor, and work calmly under pressure.
Key activities:
* Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on products.
* Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
* Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
* Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
* Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full.
* Processing stock deliveries promptly.
* Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy to a high standard.
* Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
