LOCALiQ is a digital media and advertising agency within the Newsquest media group. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Consultant in our commercial team. This role involves supporting local businesses with their advertising needs, offering a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
The position offers flexible working arrangements, including 4 days working from home and 1 day in the office. You will focus on developing client relationships through account management, advising on suitable solutions, and increasing customer spend via phone, email, and video calls. The role also involves sourcing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing client accounts and advise on digital marketing solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional teams to achieve business goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Target-driven with a focus on KPIs and customer service.
* Goal-oriented with a desire to grow in media and digital marketing.
* Experience in advertising sales or digital marketing is advantageous but not essential.
