Buyaparcel are a well-established online retailer, specialising in Plumbing, Tools and Garden products. In addition to our online markets, we have the well-respected Godfreys brand in the local area which offers a bespoke Kitchen and Bathroom design service and a fully stocked Plumbers Merchants. Due to continuous expansion, we require an enthusiastic and easy going individual to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week spread over Monday to Friday. Start time and end times each day are negotiable between 7.30am and 5pm. There is the requirement to work every 5 th Saturday from 8am to 12am on a rotational basis. Responsibilities include, taking care of customer inbound enquiries via our ticketing system and via the telephone, making outbound calls where a call is more appropriate for a customer connection, dealing with marketplace specific case management systems such as B&Q, Amazon or eBay, dealing with returns and customer product exchanges and liaising with the operations and stock control teams on active order issues. The right candidate would be: Proficient in computer use, Windows/MS Office. Be able to speak confidently on the telephone. Be willing to learn about and embrace the products we sell with enthusiasm. Working under pressure when it is busy and being adaptable to do other tasks when there is less work in customer services. Be at a good level of English reading and writing. Working in a Backoffice customer service environment in a previous employment would be an advantage.
