What We’re Looking For
We are actively hiring experienced 1099 subcontractor crews specializing in:
* Residential Shingle Roofing
* Durolast Flat Roofing (preferred)
If you have the tools, transportation, and a dedicated crew ready to deliver top-notch work, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
* Experience: Proven background in Residential Roofing, especially shingle tear-offs and replacements.
* Quality & Safety: Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards is essential.
* Own Tools & Trucks:
o Crews must be fully equipped to handle jobs independently.
o We supply materials and permits — you handle the installation.
* Licensing (Preferred):
o Licensed crews are preferred but not required.
o Must demonstrate code-compliant work and pass clean inspections.
* Insurance (Required):
o Liability and workers' comp insurance are required.
o Subcontractor crews operate under 1099 status and are responsible for their coverage.
* Professionalism:
o Maintain clean job sites, reliable scheduling, and effective communication with our project team.
Compensation
* Highly Competitive Pay Per Job
* Roofing: Paid per square of shingles installed

Contractor Status
This is independent contractor work (1099). We require a simple subcontractor agreement to define expectations and ensure compliance with Michigan residential code and OSHA safety standards.
