Salary: £13.45 per hour
Contracts: Full-Time (37.5 hrs) & Part-Time (15 hrs) available

The Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated teams in Ipswich. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism within supported living environments, helping them achieve their personal goals and lead the life they choose in their own homes.
The Role
No two days are the same. You will provide tailored, person‑centered care that focuses on promoting independence and social inclusion:
* Community & Social Life: Assisting customers to access social events, hobbies, and community activities.
* Daily Living: Supporting with meal planning, cooking, shopping, and household tasks.
* Well‑being: Helping customers get ready for the day and managing their health, which includes providing personal care.
Shift PatternS
* Contracts are scheduled over 7 days.
* The ability to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends, is essential.
* Optional Earnings: Non‑contractual sleeping nights are available at £60 per night.
About You
* Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is highly valued.
* Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
* Mobility: Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement.
