What We’re Looking For
* You do not need to hold a formal TA qualification, however you must have:
* Recent experience (within the last 5 years) working with children - this could be through volunteering, youth work, childcare, coaching, mentoring or school-based work.
* A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
* The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a supportive team.
Your Responsibilities May Include
* Providing general classroom support to the teacher
* Supporting small groups or individual pupils with learning
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Helping with classroom organisation and resources
* Assisting during playtimes, transitions, and activities
* Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for all children
