Hourly Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, dependent on case)
Location:Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Schedule:Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Role Type:One-to-One Teaching for SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs
The Opportunity
We are looking for skilled and compassionate SEN Teachers to join our team and provide personalised, one-to-one education to students with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people who require tailored academic and emotional support.
Your Responsibilities
1. Create a safe, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth
2. Design and deliver individualised learning plans based on each student's strengths and challenges
3. Work closely with families to ensure consistent support and communication
4. Deliver lessons that promote confidence, resilience, and academic progress
5. Serve as a positive role model, encouraging personal development and lifelong learning
What We're Looking For
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)
2. At least two years of teaching experience
3. Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
4. Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4
5. Excellent English language skills and experience supporting students with SEN
6. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
7. Legal right to work in the UK
8. Solid understanding of safeguarding procedures
