Salesperson / Customer
Services Advisor
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30pm.
Salary- basic £23,000 pa, after a probationary period we pay uncapped commission on sales.
\n We are a small, family owned and managed progressive aftermarket parts business looking for an ambitious sales person to join our sales team. We sell in over 70 countries on 6 continents to a wide range of customers globally, if you are an agriculture dealer parts person looking for a higher challenge with greater rewards, or somebody with an interest in agriculture or sales looking to be part of a tight knit dynamic team looking to go places then we are the company for you.

Duties:
\n \n All aspects of the sales department.
\n Dealing with part sales by phone, email and face to face.
\n Ensuring the sale is completed and dealing with customer enquiries
\n Stock management and inventory
\n Invoicing
\n mainly office based role with potential for some travel nationally and internationally.
\n \n
Skills/Qualifications:
\n \n Ability to work as part of a team
\n Computer Literacy essential
\n Excellent customer relationship skills
\n Confidence to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email
\n Exhibits a positive can do attitude
\n Shows initiative
\n Knowledge of Tractors and the Agricultural Industry, preferably experience in the spare parts industry.
\n Training provided for inexperienced candidates who show the right qualities
