Our client is a dynamic, service-driven wholesale tour operator offering a range of solutions for group travel to globally based travel agents for their clients traveling into the UK and Europe. As a Sales Support Executive, you will assist and support a growing and dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced applicant within a Tour Operator / DMC working within sales, quotations or operations! The role involves managing and supporting a portfolio of travel agents and their client booking requests This role is offered on hybrid basis - Central London Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks. * Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests. * Developing and maintaining client relations. * Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business. * Managing and developing on Client Profiles. * Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines. * Active involvement in operational aspects as required. * Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries. * Supporting Operations during peak season. Experience Required * Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales targeted positions is essential * You must have experience in quoting and costing * Customer oriented approach * Excellent interpersonal skills * Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Problem-solving skills * Planning and organising skills * Fluent written and verbal English Salary and Benefits * Base Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience (Travel background needed) * 23 days annual leave allowance * Pension * Hybrid working * Discounted hotels To apply for this position, please do send through your updated cv and a team member will be in contact with you
