We’re recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Coventry Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn over £70,000 per annum including overtime.
Working Hours
Full time - 39.5 hours per week. Rotating 3-week shift pattern:
1. Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, Tuesday - Saturday
2. Week 2: 13:00 - 21:30, Monday to Friday
3. Week 3: 06:00 - 14:30, Sunday to Thursday
We also have a permanent Night shift available Monday to Friday, with weekend working on a rotational basis.

About the role
With a fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including traditional fuel and electric vehicles, maintaining our fleet is a team effort. We’re investing in modernising our fleet, offering opportunities to work on various makes and models.
You will:
* Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
* Use your toolkit for routine repairs on light and heavy goods vehicles.
* Access specialist tools and shared equipment in our modern workshops.
About you
* Qualified mechanic at IMI Level 3 or equivalent, with your own toolkit.
* Experience working on a range of vehicles, e.g., LCV/HGV.
* Valid UK driving license, preferably with HGV and trailer experience.
* High standards of workmanship and pride in your work.
* Flexible to work on a rotating shift pattern and support team needs.
