Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated conference producer to join our fast‑growing event series at Kisaco Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the production of high‑quality events across the US and EU, ensuring they drive engagement and deliver exceptional value to attendees. As a Conference Producer, you will bring resilience, energy, and creativity to the role, spotting opportunities and working as a team to drive success.
Key Deliverables
* Deliver world class events: Lead the production of high‑profile conferences and expos, from market research and agenda development to speaker acquisition and onsite delivery.
* Drive commercial impact: Own the development of conference programmes that underpin delegate and sponsor growth, ensuring content and speakers align with audience demand and commercial objectives.
* Gain market expertise: Immerse yourself in industry trends through research, interviews, and networking, building a strong understanding of key markets to shape agendas that position our events as industry must‑attend.
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop compelling speaker line‑ups and session formats that exceed audience expectations and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events.
* Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas.
* Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaign.
* Identify and recruit high‑profile speakers and moderators. Build deep‑industry relationships, with a desire to understand organisational structures, business cycles, and needs.
* Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels and ensure the correct market segments are reached.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion strategies.
* Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.
* Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.
* Build the identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build‑up to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn.
* Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Manage onsite delivery of the event, gathering feedback from attendees to improve future positioning, content development and direction of that event, and to inform ideas for spin‑off/related topics.
Skills & Experience
* Graduated or currently graduating with a 2:1 or above.
* Analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.
* Able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English fluency; right to work in the UK.
* Ability to write crisp, engaging copy for technical/scientific audiences.
* Highly organised, methodical and process‑driven.
* High level of attention to detail.
