Roles and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the setup and daily operation of the onsite Refresh Clinic
2. Transport devices between onsite storage and the Refresh Clinic as instructed
3. Log into systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision
4. Refresh laptops and manage device handovers according to the migration schedule
5. Collect existing devices from users and distribute new ones following project protocols
6. Ensure accurate device counts and update the contractor's workflow management system at each step
7. Promptly report any issues to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager
