We are looking for an Operations Manager for our dedicated Domestic Adjusting team based in the Midlands. The role balances office and remote work to optimise team efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of domestic claim adjusters handling claims up to £100k.
* Allocate claims based on complexity, experience and technical ability.
* Ensure the team delivers accurate assessments and fair settlements in accordance with company policy.
* Foster a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes development and high performance.
* Maintain detailed, accurate claim case records and generate reports on team performance.
* Collaborate with policyholders, insurers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience handling complex property insurance claims.
* Proven management/leadership skills with a track record of leading a high‑performing team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to negotiate fair settlements.
* Experience in claims assessment and allocation is highly desirable.
