Role Overview:
This Interim Head of Finance position offers an opportunity to provide hands-on leadership and strategic financial oversight during a key period of transition. You will lead the finance function, ensuring continuity, strong financial governance and high-quality reporting, while supporting senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight. This is a visible and impactful role suited to an experienced finance professional who can quickly add value.
Responsibilities of the Interim Head of Finance:
* Lead and support the Finance Team, ensuring continuity, performance and effective day-to-day operations
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the organisation
* Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and timely statutory and audit requirements
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
Requirements of the Interim Head of Finance:
* CCAB qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
* Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex or regulated environment
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and overseeing audits
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
