Job Title: Cluster Director of Sales – Hotel
Location: Liverpool & Manchester
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and manage sales strategy across multiple hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute sales strategy for assigned hotel cluster
* Drive room revenue, corporate accounts, and group business
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends
* Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams
* Monitor performance and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hotel sales (multi-property preferred)
* Strong network in corporate and travel segments
* Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with strong commercial acumen
