We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Early Years Practitioner to join our 'Excellent' school in Bingley.

As an Early Years Practitioner at Lady Lane Park School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 – 4 years old, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

About the Role

Contract type: Full-time, permanent, all year round

Working hours: Monday – Friday either between 7:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Salary: based on experience

Start date: Immediate start available

We are looking for someone who has:

* A willingness to train towards or holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
* Previous experience working in a Nursery setting.
* Enthusiasm, creativity, and a gift for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.

And someone who has the ability to:

* Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.
* Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play.
* Develop strong relationships and communication with children, parents, and carers.
