We maintain and update support documentation and resolution logs. We ensure business continuity through prompt issue management. We provide user support across the organisation in line with SLAs. We support the design and enhancement of PowerApps solutions to meet business needs. We assist in maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights. We collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities using Power Platform tools. We work with business users to scope and test new app or report features. We contribute to the integration of data sources and systems within the Microsoft ecosystem. We help train users on PowerApps and Power BI usage and functionality. We assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes or new features. We participate in small-scale IT projects and system rollouts. We collaborate with business units to identify process improvement opportunities.
