As Sales Advisor in our brand new Birkenhead (CH41 5JA) branch you’ll be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter, identifying customer requirements and providing product recommendations.
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
* Supporting with other areas of the branch required for example carrying out warehouse duties when required and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday hours will vary between 7.30am – 5.00pm and no weekend work is required.
