Job Title: Workday Analyst Location: Pulborough, West Sussex Salary: £50,000 Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote after probation TPA Recruit is supporting a global electronics manufacturer in the recruitment of a Workday Analyst. This is a strong opportunity for someone with direct Workday experience who wants to support, improve and configure HR systems across a complex international business. The Workday Analyst will support HRIS activity across the UK, Germany and China, working closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, IT and external vendors. The role will suit someone with 3–5 years’ HRIS or HR technology experience, including at least 2 years’ direct Workday experience. As the Workday Analyst, you will support Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Time & Absence and Recruiting. You will troubleshoot system issues, support reporting and dashboards, maintain data integrity, assist with release testing and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. This Workday Analyst position would suit someone who is analytical, detail-focused and confident explaining technical information to non-technical users.
