Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail Banking | Tunbridge Wells Branch

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based in the Tunbridge Wells Branch to work 21 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm. The role combines face‑to‑face service, phone support and fraud prevention in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
* Answer customer calls in the contact centre.
* Build relationships and find solutions to customer needs.
* Develop product and service knowledge to support customers.
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, face‑to‑face or via telephony (Required).
* Effective communication skills, able to understand customer needs (Required).
* Strong desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).
* Team working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach (Preferred).
* Open to a broad range of activities, even outside standard expectations (Preferred).
* Ability to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs (Preferred).

* Starting salary of £24,961 plus a £500 annual cash allowance.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays; increases to 26 days after 5 years, with the option to buy up to 5 contractual days per year.
