Job Summary
R & D Lead Chemist – Permanent – Telford
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new and existing products
* Research & testing
* Develop supplier relationships
* Support QC testing
* Troubleshoot issues
* Day-to-day management and development of small team
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within construction materials, cements, polymers or related industry.
* Good communication skills and IT literacy.
* Accurate record keeping.
* Degree in Chemistry (or related field).
* Strong problem–solving and analytical skills.
* Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE). The role is permanent. The site is commutable from all parts of Telford as well as Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shifnal, Ironbridge and surrounding areas.
