The role
Are you looking for a new varied role and have experience in income generation, marketing, contract / KPI performance reporting and customer engagement? We are seeking to recruit a permanent Property Partnerships Assistant. Working within the Property Partnerships and Innovation team, the post holder will assist in the commercial activities of CPaL delivered by operational teams and will be required to engage well with both internal and external stakeholders. WHAT IS INVOLVED? The Property Partnerships Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Property Partnerships Manager and wider team, contributing to a diverse range of activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calculating customer charges and supporting debt recovery processes, resolving customer complaints, producing performance reports, managing customer relationships, promoting services and marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency. You will also be expected to provide cover and support for the Property Improvement Assistant, Property Liaison Officer, and other members of the Property Partnerships and Innovation Team as required.
