A SEN/PRU Primary School in Bournemouth is seeking a dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join their team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering excellent mixed curriculum lessons to Primary School children ages 4-11 years old, with various SEN needs such as ADHD, ADD, ASD, CD, MLD, OCD, ODD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties and other behavioural needs.

Who We Are Looking For:
* PGCE / QTS / Fully Qualified Teacher status
* Applicant must be comfortable working in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit)
* A patient, resilient, innovative and caring individual with a compassionate approach to supporting children
* SEMH/mental health experience
* Able to collaborate with teachers and other support staff
* Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies
* Able to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and safely
Working Hours/Benefits:
* Full Time, Term-time only
* Monday and Tuesday = 08:30 – 16:00
* Wednesday and Thursday = 08:30 – 15:15
* Friday = 08:30 – 15:00

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
